Court Grants Naira Marley N2m Bail


The Federal High Court Judge in Lagos, Justice Nicholas Oweibo, has granted the singer, Azeez Fashola popular known as Naira Marley bail in the sum of N2m with two sureties in like sum.

The judge reportedly said one of the sureties must be a government worker not beneath Grade Level 10, and furthermore included that the other surety should possess a landed property in Lagos State.

Review that the vocalist’s inconvenience started after his dubious help for cyberfraud. Following his arrest in Lagos, the EFCC claims that they recouped his PC containing criminal data.

Naira Marley faces 7 years in jail whenever indicted. His case has been suspended to October 22, when his preliminary will begin.
