Sources told WSVN reporter Brian Entin that the Florida rapper – Bill K. Kapri, better known by his stage name Kodak Black, was arrested at the Rolling Loud hip-hop festival in Miami on state and federal firearms charges.
A month ago, the rapper was captured on firearm and medication charges close Niagara Falls, New York, while attempting to enter the US from Canada.
After the capture, rapper Lil Wayne said he would not perform at the celebration Saturday.
“To every one of my fans who came to see me at Rolling Loud, I’m grieved yet I won’t perform,” Wayne said in a progression of tweets. “The Festival Police (Not Rolling Loud) made it required that I must be policed and checked to jump on the arena grounds. I don’t and won’t ever make due with being policed to carry out my responsibility and give you folks an extraordinary show.
